Cancellation:
For scheduled services, a 24 hour cancellation notice must be made or a service fee will be billed to you. For services scheduled less than 4 hours in advance, the full amount will be billed to you in the event of cancellation, and clients must speak with owner DDee West Patton directly for confirmation of the cancellation.
Cancellations for large events and parties must be made with at least 72 hours’ notice, or a service fee will be billed to you. Cancellation of events with personal chef services must be received 7 days in advance, and a service/food cancellation fee may be charged to you. A 50% non refundalbe deposit is also required for personal chef services at time of booking.
Payment:
All payments will be completed at the time of arrival.
Your credit card information will be requested when your mobile massage or in room spa treatment is scheduled, but the card will not be charged until the time of the appointment, or if/when the appointment is cancelled without required notice.
When booking a massage and dinner package there will be a 50% non-refundable deposit due up front at time of booking.
Verbal Consent:
A mobile massage therapist may gather information from you during the scheduling process and this is considered to be verbal consent. When the therapist begins the scheduled session, the client is assumed to have given verbal consent.
Professional Massage:
A Magic Touch Mobile Massage provides strictly therapeutic, non-sexual massage. The session will be terminated upon any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances. You will be charged full price of treatment and a refund will not be issued, and further action may be taken.
Tardiness:
Clients have a 15 minute grace period to begin the massage. Anything beyond 15 minutes will be deducted from the total session time. A Magic Touch Mobile Massage therapist will wait a total of 20 minutes before leaving the site. The client will be billed the full amount of the service.
Parking fees:
The client is responsible for any parking fees incurred at a location, such as a hotel or office building. The parking fees will be added to the total bill.
Age Limitations:
A Magic Touch Mobile Massage therapeutic massage treatments and spa treatments are available to clients of any age. Children ages 16 and under must have a parent or guardian present, and must schedule the session with a same-sex licensed, trained massage therapist.
Right to Refuse:
A Magic Touch Mobile Massage therapists reserve the right to refuse potential clients for any reason.
Website Privacy Policy:
A Magic Touch Mobile Massage guarantees that we will not share your personal information with any other company. While we do store your name and contact information in our contact database, we maintain sole ownership of this information and we will not share, sell or rent your information to third parties. If you have agreed to receive email from us, we will periodically send you information about special offers and special events. If you choose not to receive email, we will immediately remove your name from our customer email list.
